At TOOLS, we believe that diversity is an essential pillar for quality – and it manifests itself in many ways: in stories, experiences, identities... and generations. Our teams bring together professionals of different ages, backgrounds, and working styles. We have young apprentices taking their first steps in the job market, as well as experienced people who have witnessed many transformations in the world of work. And it’s precisely in this mix that the strength of our culture resides: the power that comes from the exchange between different people.

Our commitment to generational diversity has now been internationally recognized: TOOLS Digital Services received the Age Friendly certification, granted by Maturi. We are the 17th company in Brazil to earn this seal, a milestone that reinforces our purpose of being an excellent place for professionals over 50. The certification recognizes organizations that promote inclusive environments, value experience, and encourage coexistence among different generations. More than recognition, it reflects our conviction that the future of work is built on respect, active listening, and collaboration across all ages.

An analyst may share their insights on new digital tools with a more senior manager. That manager, in turn, can offer experienced guidance on decision-making, business vision, or soft skills.
