TOOLS promotes diversity and inclusion at Reatech 2024

The sponsorship, aimed at promot the hiring of people with disabilities, was carried out in partnership with other Santander ecosystem companies.

For TOOLS Digital Services, diversity, equity and inclusion are essential values, and these principles were highlighted at Reatech 2024, the main fair of the sector in Latin America. With a welcoming stand full of activations, the company showcased its vacancies and initiatives aligned with these pillars.

As part of the program, TOOLS Digital Services’ CEO, Ale Soares, and Senior Culture Leader, Teresa Olimpio, along with other experts in the field, took part in a panel discussion on the theme: “Anti-ableist leadership and human sustainability: How to build the future of ESG?”.

Ale emphasized that although quotas are an important starting point, real transformation needs to go beyond this model: “We aim to achieve levels of diversity similar to those in the state of São Paulo,” he explained, noting that the company uses population data from the state as a reference to guide the definition of its HR goals.

As for Teresa Olimpio, she highlighted that hiring is just the beginning of the journey: “Our goal is to ensure that inclusion is experienced on a daily basis, fostering an environment that is fully prepared to welcome and value diversity.”

During the four days of Reatech, TOOLS Digital Services demonstrated how it transforms its EVP (Employee Value Proposition) pillars into real actions aligned with its culture, highlighting some programs for people with disabilities, including “Empowering Skills”, focused on development and mentoring, and “Employ TOOLS”, an employability campaign held at the company’s headquarters in Piracicaba.
